I chose this mantra by Kobe because it has many meanings and one of them is that everyone should have a competitive  spirit even if they are not an athlete. And people should always  try and be the best version of themselves.

In this blog I'm going to talk about a video I watched called "Learning with Passion and Enthusiasm". The video talks about the brain chemicals that are released when we do certain activities. It also gives examples and scenarios of how we can learn with more Passion and Enthusiasm .
